We have now had our Compass pool and spa for 4 years so a good time to provide an update. The pool and spa still look like new, and the filtration and in floor cleaning system have been faultless. On the rare occasions I have contacted Kate and her team they have replied and addressed my question - excellent customer service. I recently asked if someone could just check if my filtration system needed any maintenance and a rep arrived the following day and could not fault anything.
