We’ve now built three case-study pools in Inverloch alone: Jill’s 7.2m semi-retirement X-Trainer in Quartz, the MPBAA Gold-winning 7.15m Slimline holiday house, and this 12m Fastlane lap pool in Atlantic. Three completely different briefs, three completely different pools, one suburb — a small case study in how the Bass Coast lifestyle pulls people back.
The Fastlane 12m
Twelve metres of unobstructed lap corridor — coastal lap-swimming infrastructure.
A 12m Fastlane is what you quote when the brief is genuinely about laps — not feature pools, not entertaining, not splashing. Twelve metres of corridor with a walk-in step zone at one end. On a coastal block with the space, the Fastlane is the right answer.
Atlantic colour
Near-navy depth that reads beautifully against grey-toned coastal architecture.
Coastal houses tend toward grey, white and light timber palettes. Atlantic Bi-luminite sits closer to navy than to sky blue — on a coastal site, the deeper colour anchors the pool against the lighter surrounding tones rather than getting washed out by them.
Self-cleaning on a coastal site
Sand, salt air, leaf-fall — Vantage handles all three without daily intervention.
Coastal blocks pull in sand from the dunes, salt from the air, leaf-fall from coastal vegetation. The Vantage in-floor system sweeps everything to the main drain on a timed cycle.
