A 10m X-Trainer in an unusual colour, on a leafy Knox block
Viridian isn’t the most-built Bi-luminite colour in our range — but for Knox-area properties surrounded by tall eucalypts and bushland borders, it’s a striking match. This 10m X-Trainer puts the colour to work: deep enough to look luxurious, green enough to sit naturally against the surrounding planting.
The colour
Viridian Bi-luminite — a blue-green that reads beautifully against eucalypt and native foliage.
Our Bi-luminite range carries colours that aren’t commonly available in standard fibreglass — Viridian is one of them. Ceramic-core mineral particles deliver a depth that ordinary gelcoat colours can’t match. In a leafy Boronia setting, the blue-green tone sits naturally with the surrounding planting rather than competing with it.
The X-Trainer shape
Twin entry steps at both ends frame an unobstructed 10m swim corridor.
The X-Trainer’s signature feature is its symmetrical twin-step entry. On a 10m pool, that means a generous swim corridor down the middle — long enough for proper laps — with relaxation zones at both ends. Two adults can swim morning laps; afternoons the steps become play platforms for kids.
Vantage in-floor cleaning
Leafy block, large pool, less work — the in-floor heads sweep everything to the main drain.
Knox properties bring heavy autumn leaf-fall. Without self-cleaning, a 10m pool needs daily skim work. With Vantage in-floor cleaning, heads pop up on a timer and sweep debris to the main drain. Once a week the family checks chemistry; otherwise the pool runs itself.
Inground execution
Standard inground install — the site allowed for the cleaner approach, so we took it.
On a level block with full access, inground is the right answer. The X-Trainer shell sits at deck level, the pool flows from the alfresco, no Maxi Rib structural ribbing required. When the site allows for the standard build, the standard build is what we deliver.
